White DTF ink contains a higher pigment load, which can cause sedimentation if not properly managed. For this reason, our printers are equipped with dedicated agitation systems that keep the ink in constant motion and ensure proper homogenisation. Even so, regular maintenance is essential to guarantee optimal performance and extend the lifespan of the system. In addition, we offer two types of white ink: a standard version that provides balanced and stable white coverage, and an Ultra White version designed for more intense, brighter whites. The latter contains a higher pigment concentration, which increases the risk of sedimentation and therefore requires more careful maintenance.
Polyurethane DTF powder stands out for its high elasticity, soft touch and excellent resistance to washing and moisture. Compared to more rigid powders, it offers a flexible and durable finish, making it ideal for garments that are worn and washed frequently. For this reason, it is the most recommended option when seeking professional, long-lasting DTF results.
The difference between the various types of DTF film lies in the moment the carrier is removed after heat pressing. Instant peel allows immediate removal, speeding up high-volume production. Hot peel requires a short waiting time and offers a good balance between speed and versatility. Cold peel requires full cooling and generally provides greater precision for detailed designs.
